3 tips for choosing the right lighting fixture for reading

It is important to provide the ideal lighting in a study area to  be facilitated  the  eyes but also to help them focus on their reading.
What do we need to know to choose the right reading lamp? Which light bulb is better for reading?  
• Must have a flexible arm.
The luminaire you choose must have a split arm so that the light can be directed where you want it. The important thing is to illuminate the work area and the correct position of the luminaire is when the book is illuminated from above.
Must have an LED bulb.
Led bulb has  low consumption and need minimal current and voltage. They do not produce heat or radiation. They have good performance in Watts and are constantly evolving and becoming more and more efficient.
 The temperature of the lamp should be at 3000kelvin (daylight) so that the reading is comfortable.
 
• Must have a dimmer.
It should have a light bulb so you can adjust the intensity of the light during the day, when your gaze is tired and needs more light or when we do not need any.  Thechildren love to read and do their homework on the floor, you should put a ceiling light in white opal to diffuse the light into the room to avoid  having shades in the space.
