Wataru Sakuma is the Creative Director of Masa Ecological Development, Inc., a company that produces handmade paper products using local agricultural waste. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Painting, from the Memphis College of Art in the United States. He has received many awards for his paper product designs. Wataru is a Japanese designer based in the Philippines.
