Sami Ayadi was born in Munich in 1974. He graduated in product design and environment from the Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch-Gmünd in 2004. In May 2018 he founded, together with Jan Heinzelmann, Office Heinzelmann Ayadi (OHA), a product and furniture design studio in Munich. The two had worked together from 2012 to 2018 as designers and project managers at KGID (Konstantin Grcic Industrial Design), an internationally renowned design studio. KGID customers included Audi, Autostadt Wolfsburg, BD Barcelona, Classicon, Cassina, Flos, Magis, Mattiazzi, Plank, Rado and Vitra, among others. OHA's expertise ranges from classic product and furniture design to exhibition design or interior design.
