Matthias Demacker (b. 1970) studied design at Hochschule Niederrhein in Krefeld, Germany.  Even as a student at the time his works were presented at exhibitions by a number of design agencies. After graduating, he moved to Munich and worked with, among others, Ideal Standard, Bene and Wittmann, and other top design studio. In 2003, Matthias Demacher founded his own studio Demackerdesign, where he works with different people, depending on the various projects. Demackerdesign’s objective is to create emotional products that last time, and not just have a moment of phenomena.
