Luca Binaglia
After working as a designer at Simone Micheli's Architectural Hero studio in Florence, he is based in Perugia, his hometown, where he began his career as a freelancer. In 2006 he founded the design studio Luca Binaglia. In 2008 he was mentioned among the 200 Italian talents from the Young Blood edition, which was presented on November 5, 2009 at the Palazzo Chigi by the Minister of Youth Policy. He is one of the founders of Unwaste - Poetic Upcycling Design, a team that handles used objects to turn them into real sustainable design proposals. In 2014 he curated the latest generation DUG -Umbrian design recognition exhibition. Since 2014 he has been a lecturer at the NID Institute in Perugia and since 2015 he has been responsible for the design department of 3Dific. It is mainly engaged in the design of products and furniture and is constantly looking for new creative languages ​​through both industrial and craft producers.
