ABOUT Alessandro Pedretti

Born in Milan in 1966, where he graduated in Architecture, Alessandro Pedretti won in 1992 the first prize at the "International Competition Osram New Light" with the design of an innovative energy saver luminaire with sustainable efficiency. He designs products in the field of furniture, office and urban spaces for Italian and international companies. It specializes its design activity in the field of light research, developing and realizing projects for public and private spaces, hotels, retails, museums. Consultant for companies, magazines, galleries and design institutions on research, enhancement, exhibition of design products at art and design institutions and museums around the world, appointed scientific consultant for the New Museum of Design in Milan.
